    A nurturing 5-week infant massage course designed to strengthen the bond between parent and baby, promote better sleep, and relieve common issues like colic, wind, and constipation. Delivered in the comfort of your home (1:1) or in small group sessions (up to 4 mums), this baby massage class is suitable for newborns up to 12 months.

    Each session includes certified organic massage oils, beautifully illustrated handouts, and a celebratory gift bag. I welcome all families and also specialise in supporting parents of children living with red blood cell disorders, including sickle cell.

    Located in Bedfordshire, with bespoke options available for those outside the area.
